Why can't I log into my account?
Usually, you are having an issue logging in due to two things:
1. Your password isn't working - the fix? Change your password by clicking "Forgot My Password" and reset it.
2. You used a different email when you first purchased or created an account and are trying to log in with another one. Always check that you are using the email you first signed up with.
How can I access my account details?
Once you log into the platform, you can click the icon in the top left and choose "My Account".
How can I access my order history and billing details, and certificates?
Under the "My Account" area, you can access a host of information, including your order history, billing details, and certificates.
How can I update my credit card details or adjust my subscription?
To access your billing details, click on your name or picture in the top right of the header and select My Account. Then select the Billing tab.
How can I upgrade my Anxiety Training Community Membership plan?
There are two parts to updating your current plan.
1. You must cancel your current plan under Your Account > Billing.
2. You must then navigate to the Anxiety Training Community Membership sales page, choose the new plan, and purchase it again at the new level/rate. If you have a coupon code, you will enter it at this time also to receive any discount.
This completes the process of updating your plan.
