Format & Delivery Method

Each Lunch & Learn is delivered as a live, synchronous, interactive webinar via Zoom.

These sessions are not passive presentations — participants engage in real-time polling, case consultation discussion, Q&A, and applied clinical reflection exercises.

This format meets criteria for live interactive continuing education.

Who Is This Training For?

Target Audience

These programs are designed for licensed clinical social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals who treat anxiety disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.

Program Description

Each session focuses on a specific clinical topic related to anxiety treatment, including assessment, exposure-based interventions, treatment planning, clinical pitfalls, complex cases, and ethical considerations in anxiety care.

Participants will:

  • Strengthen clinical decision-making skills

  • Increase competence in exposure-based and CBT-informed interventions

  • Apply practical tools immediately in clinical practice

  • Deepen understanding of anxiety presentations across developmental stages

Instructors

Live sessions are facilitated by experienced anxiety treatment specialists and continuing education instructors through Anxiety Training. All instructors have advanced clinical training and extensive experience treating anxiety disorders and providing professional education.

Continuing Education Credit

Anxiety Training, ACE Provider Number 1637, is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program. AnxietyTraining.com maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB Approval Period: 10/17/2025-10/17/2028.


Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits. Social workers participating in this course will receive 1 continuing education contact hour. Anxiety Training is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #SW-0640. Anxiety Training has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7108.


Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Anxiety Training is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.


Course Fee

Access to the monthly Live Lunch & Learns is included in the Anxiety Training Membership. No additional fee is required beyond active membership enrollment.

Registration Information

Members register for each live session via their member dashboard. Registration closes at the start time of the event. Attendance must be verified in order to receive CE credit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because Live Lunch & Learns are included as part of membership benefits, no refunds are issued for missed sessions. Recordings may be made available to members; however, continuing education credit is awarded only in accordance with ACE guidelines for live participation.

Certificates

CE certificates are issued electronically after:

  • Verified attendance at the live event

  • Completion of the required evaluation form

Certificates are delivered via email and/or made available in the member dashboard within a specified timeframe following the event.
